Agreement of Terms & Conditions

Thank you for visiting our website. It is being provided as a service to enable customers to order and receive printed products and print-related services provided by DocuMart or one of its affiliate companies. Please review the rules set forth that govern your use of DocuMart.com and/or affiliate websites. All of the products and services provided by DocuMart are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By viewing or using this website or any DocuMart website, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms & Conditions stated below. If for any reason you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions as stated below, please do not use or access this site.

Start of Work

DocuMart will not begin work on any print or print-related project initiated on this or any DocuMart website until payment is received in full.

Terms & Conditions Changes

DocuMart reserves an unconditional right to change the Terms & Conditions of use of all DocuMart websites at any time and for any reason. These changes in the Terms & Conditions of the use of DocuMart websites shall become effective immediately upon posting of those changes on the DocuMart website and/or sites. DocuMart may change these Terms & Conditions of use of the DocuMart website/and or sites with no obligation to notify any past or present users. Users (you) will be responsible to review the Terms & Conditions posted on our DocuMart website and/or sites as any continued use of same constitutes your consent and acceptance of these changes and new Terms & Conditions.

Payments

All pricing on this and all DocuMart websites are shown in US Dollars.

If a User submits a request on a DocuMart website to purchase printing or any print-related products and/or services, the user (you) agrees to pay all product and /or service charges including any applicable taxes and that those amounts originating from our website shall be charged to your credit card or paid by any other DocuMart approved payment method.

At the time an approved print or print-related job is received by us through our website and is moved into our production queue, no changes or modifications will be allowed to the job specifications, pricing or scheduled turnaround time without DocuMart’s consent. Once a print job or project has been sent to our prepress department and work of file preparation to plate for printing has been started, the total amount of the order is then due and collectable.

If for any reason an order is cancelled by the customer using our approved cancellation method of calling and following with an email to our customer service department indicating the date, order number, description of work to be performed and a valid reason for cancellation, and such cancellation is received before any work has been performed on said job or project, a full refund may be extended to the customer less a small order cancellation processing fee. Again, please note that no work will begin on any print project ordered via our DocuMart website and/or websites until payment in full is received.

Payment Methods Accepted

All website orders must be accompanied by an approved payment method and paid in full before work will begin. Our website ordering system allows for payment using a PayPal account or any major credit card. As PayPal is our merchant services provider and all financial transactions are handled though the PayPal Merchant Services system, none of your financial or credit card information is stored on our systems.

Printing Quality

As DocuMart is printing from the files you upload to us with your order, the quality of your project is heavily dependent on the information contained in your file. As with any digital files to be used for printing, certain requirements must be met to ensure top quality results. Some of those include but are not limited to:

  • High-Resolution ImagesAll images should be at least 300 dpi resolution (at the size to be printed), and in the CMYK color space.
  • The file type requirements for our printing services are either a Print Ready PDF or high-resolution image file in CMYK format.
  • All type must be embedded in any Print Ready PDF files submitted to ensure proper print quality for the included type.
  • Any project to be printed must have the files submitted in the proper size and meet the necessary specifications to ensure that live copy area, final trim, folding and bleed specifications are met.

Proofing

At your discretion, you may request your job be produced with no proof provided to you prior to printing and shipment. If you elect this option, you unconditionally accept the printed results that are achieved and delivered and forfeit all refund or exchange options.

If you request a PDF proof be emailed to you, it is your responsibility to review it for accuracy in all aspects of the job such as color, size, type, trim and more and respond promptly (within 4 hours) with your approval to proceed or your projected ship date and turnaround time may be moved to a later date based upon your delay in getting the necessary proof approval to us.

If you request a mailed proof, either 2nd day or overnight, we will produce a hard copy digital proof which you are required to review and then email us promptly (immediately upon receipt) with your approval to proceed. Failure to approve the supplied proof promptly can delay your projected ship date beyond what was originally requested. The turnaround time for jobs with mailed proofs does not begin until proof approval is received.

File Problems

If the files you submit for printing are received and are deficient for any reason whatsoever, you will be notified of the deficiency and given options to either resubmit a corrected file or to have us correct the file (if possible) at an additional charge which you will be quoted. If you elect to have us correct your supplied files and accept the quote and charges, we will immediately charge your credit card with the information you give us at that time via telephone and the correction will proceed. Your turnaround time does not begin until we have corrected or received a corrected file from you.

If you chose neither resubmitting nor having us correct the deficient files, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the amount paid for the entire print job minus a processing fee for the inspection of your files.

Shipping

If your order is placed and received in our system before the close of business on any normal business day, your turnaround time period begins at that time. Three-day turnaround means 72 normal business hours after receipt, and next day turnaround means 24 normal business hours after receipt. As an example, if an order is received at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday and scheduled for 2-day turnaround, the job should ship by the end of business on Thursday. Weekends and holidays are not included in our normal business hours.

Any orders with conflicting information or deficient files shall be deemed as “not received” until the conflicting information has been resolved with you and/or the deficient files have either been corrected or resubmitted by you.

Use of Information

We do not sell or provide the information we collect about you to third parties. However, by using our website ordering system, you agree to our using the information collected to include you on our email marketing list to be notified of any upcoming specials or promotions. At any time, should you decide you would like to be removed from this list just “unsubscribe” on any of our promotional emails and your name will be removed immediately.
