In early 1963 an entrepreneur named Bill Gravley launched the "Quick Printing Industry" when he opened his first “Quik Print” shop in Wichita, Kansas.

Quik Print began opening stores all across the country and were offering personal service, custom typesetting and design, commercial print production services and doing all of that with levels of service and completing projects in shorter times than most expected was possible. In many locations more and more printing began to be offered in with a “Same Day Delivery” promise.

As the Quik Print stores the Gravley family founded steadily grew into a nationwide business with printing locations spread out over the country it became apparent that more innovation would be necessary to continue expansion and growth of the business. Providing for the needs of business large and small, institutions, organizations and more who would require evermore complex printing and print related projects produced with the expectation that everything printed would need to be delivered in shorter amount of time would drive the need for “innovation, planning and investment” to enable the continued growth of Quik Print.

In 1990, Gravley sons Wendell and Kevin made some bold moves and re-branded their Quik Print stores to be called DocuMart to further reflect the ever changing and growing number of products and services they would offer. Now more than 45 years later DocuMart “Full Service Commercial Printing Locations and Facilities” have grown and expanded to include Print Production and Customer Service locations spanning from Coast to Coast.

Having invested untold millions of dollars building and improving print production and customer service locations as well as continually investing in “Cutting Edge and State of the Art Printing Technologies and Equipment,” DocuMart now produces printing and printing related products for thousands upon thousands of businesses across the nation.
