The Opportunity

In 2012, Barre 3 was experiencing tremendous growth. This ballet-pilates-yoga studio franchiser was projecting to double their size in 2013. They understood such an expansion rate would create serious growing pains; but they also knew that seamless franchisee support was crucial to their success. Realizing that coordinating multiple vendors to work together would be difficult, they needed a single source who could print across different platforms and also manage inventory, fulfillment and payment processing.

The Solution

DocuMart quickly set up an online ordering portal so all of their marketing materials could be ordered and managed through one central site. From business cards to outdoor banners, class schedules to P.O.P., we created dynamic content customization so each studio could personalize their information, see proofs in real time and place orders on the spot. We also profiled their brand color on all of our presses and printers to ensure color consistency across all customer touch points. Fulfillment and order history is cataloged for each location separately, so reorders and changes are made in half the time.

The Result

As new studios come online, they are linked to our portal and can start ordering materials right away. Barre 3 has grown from 23 studios to 38 with 8 in development. The process is seamless, intuitive, and convenient.
